Reiki I & II

When you begin your Reiki journey as one of my students, you’ll find an open learning environment that encourages questions and lively discussion. You’ll also be given plenty of time to practice giving and receiving Reiki with your fellow students.

  • The history of Reiki

  • The 3 Reiki symbols, their purpose, how to activate them, and when to use them

  • Japanese Reiki techniques

    • Gassho - meditation to set intentions and protect your energy

    • Byosen scanning - using the sensitivity of the hands to know where healing is needed

    • Reiji-ho and Chiryo - using inner guidance to know where healing is needed

    • Gyoshi-ho - sending Reiki through the eyes

    • Kenyoku - dry bathing to cleanse your energy after treatments

  • Hand positions for self-sessions and for treating others

  • How to give a complete Reiki session to yourself and others

  • How to send Reiki through distance

  • Considering a Reiki practice

  • Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

  • The Healing Touch First and Second Degree Manual by William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training

  • Placements (attunements), which allow you to channel Reiki energy

  • Certificate of completion in Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II

Duration

This is a 2-day class

Class time

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Central US Time) on the scheduled class dates

One-hour lunch break. Every 60-90 minutes we’ll have a 10-15 minute break

Tuition

$495

Prerequisites

Since this is a beginner class there are no prerequisites.

Registration is required. Classes are limited to 6 students. Please be sure to register early so there’s enough time to order and receive your class manual before the scheduled class date. 

  • Check your calendar carefully when registering for a class

    • There is a $195 non-refundable deposit due at the time of registration 

    • If you only pay the non-refundable deposit at the time of registration, the balance is due at least 7 days before the scheduled class date 

    • If you paid in full at the time of registration, $300 of the tuition is refundable only if cancellation is received via email to coco@reikiwhereyoutakeme.com at least 7 days before the scheduled class date
